BREAKING NEWS: Multiple Victims Shot In Dothan

DOTHAN:   Dothan 911 CEnter has dispatched multiple Police, Fire and Ambulances to firearm assault scene in downtown area of Dothan.

One Dothan Fire Engine and Ambulance has responded to 507 North Cherry Street where one shooting victim is located. The second victim is located at the corner of S. St. Andrews and Powell Street.

Dothan Fire Batallion Chief has updated there are only two gunshot victims at this time and both appear to be minor. A Houston County Sheriff Unit has been dispatched to the hospital to stand by for additional victims which might be transported by private vehicle.

The victim from North Cherry Street was transported by Pilcher's Ambulance, non emergency. The victim a the corner of Powell and S. St. Adrews refused to be transported by ambulance.

The shooting occurred at Plai Boi Palace at the corner of Cherry Street and Powell Street.

Dothan Police Crime Scene Investigator Jon Thomas has been called to the scene. Dothan  Police Criminal Investigators have been called to the scene. Dothan Police Criminal Investigation Lt Will Benny is on the scene. A firearm has been located.

Scene investigation continues. A suspect has been identified.
