BREAKING NEWS: Structure Fire Reported at 41 Trailer Rd in Cowarts

Multiple Volunteer Fire units from Cowarts and Ashford are responding to a report of a structure fire at 41 Trailer Rd in Cowarts. First unit on scene has advised smoke visible. Firefighters quickly made entry and found the fire and put it out. It appears the fire is from the AC/ Heating unit. Fire fighters are venting the smoke and checking for any hot spots, we are told that the fire was contained to the heating unit area and the home did not receive any major damage. Houston County Sheriff’s Office is responding along with Ashford Police and an ambulance.
