Dothan Fire and Taylor Fire are on the scene of a vehicle fire that started a grass fire on North Brannon Stand Road at the Troy Water Tower. Reports were the vehicle was fully involved in fire and it had caught some grass and or a trash pile on fire. Firefighters have gotten a handle on the fire and it is under control at this time.

Houston County Dispatch has toned out Bay Springs Fire for more man power to help with reloading the hose. Dothan Units have helped get the vehicle out, but the fire caught one of the large trash piles on fire and it will continue to burn for several days.
