HOUSTON COUNTY: Houston County Sheriff Department Communications Center dispatched Rehobeth Volunteer Fire, Rehobeth Volunteer Rescue, Houston County Sheriff Deputies and Alabama State Troopers to a motor vehilce accident with injuries.
The accident location is Highwasy 231 South of Dothan at Florida Microfilm. The accident is a vehicle versus a tree. Initial reports are entrappment and possible the vehicle is on fire.
Houston County Sheriff Patrol Lt. Randy Anderson reports that Rehobeth Rescue, at 9:59 PM. has just left the scene enroute to SAMC with two patients running emergency. There was no entrappment.
Matt and Linda Boster are on the scene for RSN and will update.
Alabama State Troopers will investigate the accident.

Witness stated the car was traveling at a high rate of speed just pryor to the crash. One witness stated he had just hung up from calling 911 to report the driver for speeding. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers.
