Burglary Suspect Steals Unique Chandelier from Home

On February 13, 2013, deputies with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) initiated an investigation into the burglary of a home in DeFuniak Springs. The home at 5315 South US Hwy 331 was broken into between the dates of 2/11/13 and 2/13/13. A unique item, a brass chandelier, described as being 3 foot tall with 4 stag heads, and covered in Swarovski crystal was stolen from the home.

The WCSO is asking for the public’s assistance in locating this chandelier. Due to the unique qualities of this chandelier, it is believed it may be sold to antique dealers.
