Calf and Greased Pig Scrambles

Tonight, at the National Peanut Festival, a calf scramble and greased pig scramble took place. Occupants in the calf scramble had to chase the calf, catch it, put a halter on it, and lead it across the finish line. Occupants in the greased pig scramble had to chase down a greasy pig, catch it, and drag it across the finish line. The occupants that caught one of the animals gets the luxury of taking it home and caring for it. The calves will have to become halter broken and the occupant has to train the calf, so that they can show it. The pigs will also be judged at next years fair.

Tractor Supply Company has offered two deals that the winners can choose from. One deal was half off the first bag of feed and the second was 5 percent off of 20 bags or more.
