If you have an iron stomach or fire-proof taste buds, you should enter this Hot wing eating contest sponsored by Loco Litos Hot Sauce. It will be held in conjunction with the Tri-State BBQ Festival on Saturday April 9 at the Houston County Farm Center at 5:00 in the tent where the people’s choice tasting was (to the right of the main stage). Come early and enjoy 6 bands on the stage Saturday plus the car show, BBQ sampling and free train rides for kids! It is $10 to register, and you must pre-register to compete. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Saint Walden Church’s youth programs! Prizes and gift baskets for the winners.
