Car Attempts To Make Home A Drive In

DOTHAN:    Tonight Dothan Communications dispatched emergency crews from Dothan Fire and Dothan Police to the corner of Owens Street and Pinecrest in the Cloverdale subdivsion to a motor vehicle accident. The time of the call was 8:58 PM.

When emergency crews arrived they found a Nissan 350 Z with the driver’s door against the front of the home. The driver was in the vehicle and did not require transport to a medical facility. However he did require transport to a confining facility called the Dothan City Jail.

Dothan Police Officers found several bottles of alcohol in the vehicle and a firearm.

The vehicle was traveling north on Pinecrest and straigntened out the curve traveling through a front yard, into the street on Owens, crossing the street striking the curb and then the front of the house.

The driver will be booked into the Dothan City Jail.
