Cardiac Arrest Alert - Ambulance and Dothan Fire Transporting

DOTHAN:  A busy time in the law enforcement and medical emergency services this morning. Dothan Fire and Pilcher's Ambulance are transporting a patient with CPR in progress and notified SAMC of a "Cardiac Arrest Alert".

Dothan Fire has assisted Cottonwood Rescue where they needed Paramedic Assistance on a serious patient. Dothan Fire responded a few minutes earlier to the shooting at Johnson Homes. Kinsey Volunteer Fire to the vehicle submerged, earlier to the residence of Officer Mark Foster.

This morning has been traumatic for members of Dothan Police and Dothan Fire in the loss of Officer Foster. However all Police and Fire have continued to perform their job and serve the citizens of Dothan.

Our prayers are with the person who is now fighting for their life, Dothan Fire and Pilcher's Ambulance as they rush to the hospital and the staff of SAMC as they work to save the person's life.
