Carney and Gray File Racial Discrimination Lawsuits Against Dothan

DOTHAN:    Former Dothan Police Captain Ivan Keith Gray and Former Dothan Police Corporal Ramonica Carney have filed federal lawsuits against the City of Dothan.


The Gray lawsuit is 31 pages and the Carney lawsuit is 18 pages. Both are filed in Federal Court.


In Summary, the suits allege because of their race, the City of Dothan has discriminated against them.


It is no surprise that the case would be filed. It is no surprise to anyone the allegations that would be made.
