On February 11, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent investigation involving employee theft.
Investigators say Boe Irwin was an employee at Hartley Pluming, Dothan, who had access to a gasoline card belonging to the business. Between the months of December 2013 and January 2014, Irwin made multiple unauthorized transactions using that card for personal gain.
Boe Irwin was arrested and charged with fourteen counts of Fraudulent Use of a Debit/Credit Card. His arrest now brings this case to a close
- Boe Irwin, white male, 31 years of age, of Webb, Alabama was arrested and charged with fourteen counts of Fraudulent Use of a Debit/Credit Card. Bonds have been set and total $35,000.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
