ENTERPRISE: As  Enterprise  Police  Department’s  previous  release  stated,  the  EPD Criminal  Investigation Division obtained a warrant for an individual related to the April 17, 2014, shooting in the 100Blk of Woodfield Place, Enterprise, Alabama.  The individual, Terrence Lamar Clayton, was identified by the alleged victim as the individual responsible for the shooting in an in-person,police lineup.  As EPD continued to investigate the matter, it became evident that the individual who had been identified by the alleged victim as the shooter could not have been in Enterprise at  the time of the shooting.  Immediately upon receipt of this information, EPD notified the district  attorney’s  office  and  the  proceedings  as  to  Mr.  Terrence  Lamar  Clayton  were withdrawn and dismissed.
