On the morning of August 03, 2012, three suspects entered Wal-Mart Supercenter in Chipley. The three suspects selected two window air conditioner units totaling approx $560.00. The air conditioner units were placed in a buggy and then pushed out of the store by a suspect without paying for them.
Later in the afternoon of the same day, the suspects returned to the Chipley store. One suspect entered Wal-Mart and returned one of the stolen air conditioner units. Store employees recognized the suspect from the earlier theft and contacted police.
A Chipley Police Department officer arrived and arrested Adrian Wright of Miami, FL for felony retail theft and dealing in stolen property. Seeing Adrian being arrested, the other two suspects, who were in a vehicle in the parking lot, left on foot.
After a short time, another officer in the area of Sonic observed the two suspects walking. Corey Williams and Willie Crenshaw of Marianna, FL were arrested and also charged with felony retail theft.
