The Chipley Police Department is investigating a credit card fraud that occurred on August 8, 2014 at the Chipley Walmart. The Chipley Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect in this case and asking for help from the public in this investigation. The suspect had obtained the credit card number of the victim and used his credit card to make a $305.00 purchase. The suspect is described as a 6’2”, 250 lb. male
