The Salvation Army will distribute gifts and food on Monday, December 22 to those that signed up in October for assistance this year.. Those who will receive toys and/or food will come to the Agricultural Building at the National Peanut Festival Fairgrounds on Highway 231 South MONDAY, December 22.
Those receiving Toys and Food or Food Only are scheduled between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. We are still filling bags for Angels that their sponsor did not return gifts for them. We are running low on toys and clothes and are striving to fill every child’s bag.
Our kettles will continue to be out through December 24. The need is greater this year and we are asking the caring Wiregrass area to step up and continue helping us help others. Please give generously when you pass our Red Kettles.
