DOTHAN:    Dothan Mayor Mike Schmitz and members of Dothan a Commission held a forum in the Dothan Opera House tonight. The purpose was to discuss a study which would increase electrical and sewer rates.


Less than 20 citizens appeared.


So the citizens should be hit with a major increase because the citizens do not care enough to show. What an embarrassment that there is so much apathy about what is going on.
