A strong cold front will cross the area on Monday, preceded by rain and isolated thunderstorms which could be strong to severe, primarily across Florida panhandle and Big Bend and into So. Central GA. This is not expected to be widespread; damaging straight- line winds appear to primary threat, however a tornado cannot be ruled out. Behind this front, a very cold airmass will move into the area. Highs on Tuesday are unlikely to reach 50 degrees. Hard freeze appears likely Wednesday morning.
Remeber to bring your plants and animals and please keep a check on the elderly. Be care when using your heaters, structure fire seem to always increase during the first part of winter... Be safe and be smart....
