Colorado Cop sings to, Distracts Toddler Whose Dad was Killed in SUV Crash

A Colorado police officer is being praised across the country after a photo of him consoling a toddler who had just been in a deadly crash made its way around the Internet. 


Officer Nick Struck of the Brighton Police Department was one of the first people to arrive at the scene Thursday of a single-vehicle crash off of Interstate 76. The little girl was one of six people in the SUV that rolled over. 


All six occupants, including four children, were ejected, the police department reported. One of the children and an adult woman were flown to a hospital for treatment; the remaining children were taken to a hospital by ambulance. The little girl's father was killed in the crash.
