Columbia Charged with Violating the Sex Offender Notification

On March 14, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest on James Ward for failing to register as a sex offender in Houston County.
- James Kyser Ward, white male, 35 years of age, of Columbia, Alabama was arrested for violating the Sex Offender Notification Act with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
