Columbia Man Charged with Theft

On July 29, the Houston County Sheriff's Office received a report, of a theft of irrigation system valves and parts, from the 6000 block of Bill Yance Road Columbia, Ala.

 

The Houston County Sheriff's Office investigation with the help of the property owner’s security system (deer camera) caught evidence of the suspect in the act of the theft.

 

Robert Earl Franklin a 40 year old male of Columbia, Al. was charged with Theft of Property 2nd and was taken to the Houston County Jail and being held on a $2,500.00 bond.
