ATMORE ALABAMA:   I just called Wind Creek Casino and Hotel and asked, "Is the casino open?”  The gentleman said, “Yes and whom am I speaking with?”

I replied, “A member of the media and was wondering if they were closing since Alabama Governor Bob Riley and John Tyson were closing everywhere.”  The gentleman replied "We are federal and fall under the federal law.”

There you have it...Alabama Governor Bob Riley and John Tyson have shut down over 5,000 Alabama jobs to protect THEIR Indian casinos.
