LEE COUNTY: In the criminal case of Alabama Speaker of House Mike Hubbard in Lee County, a sworn affidavit has been filed with strong accusations against Special Prosecutor Matt Hart.
The accusations in the sworn affidavit, Barron Coleman, claim that Matt Hart has leaked information to Coleman from the Lee County Grand Jury. The sworn document alleges that Hart used his power as a special prosecutor to intimidate Coleman after the leaks were being, well "leaked".
Matt Hart is a former prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney Office. After leaving the federal, Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange hired Hart as his public corruption prosecutor.
In addition to Hart, Strange hired former FBI Agent Keith Baker. Baker was the FBI Agent in the bingo cases in Federal Court. And Baker was the one accused of having an extramarital affair with the court reporter of the federal grand jury. And Baker was accused of texting former Alabama Governor Bob Riley with grand jury testimony.
Baker is listed in the Mike Hubbard indictment as Chief Investigator.
Hart was involved in the trial of former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman. Baker was also involved in the trial of former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman.
In Siegelman's trial, there were accusations that FBI Agent Keith Baker was having an affair with a girl named " Flipper ". Google it!
Oh, did I mention that after the Siegelman trial that Flipper went to law school? And guess where Flipper now works? She was hired by Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange to work in the Alabama Attorney General's Office
Oh, did I mention where she works in the Alabama Attorney General's Office? You guessed it, with Matt Hart and Keith Baker, in working public corruption.
Stay tuned. This could get very interesting...very interesting.
