HOUSTON COUNTY: Attorneys representing Walker360 against TOADLICK, Chriis Gilbert and Ronnie McGlothlin have filed for a Temporary Restraining Order against TOADLICK 2014.
The court action was filed in Houston County Circuit Court today seeking a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary injunction. The request, if granted by the court, would enjoin TOADLICK 2014 from negotiating transactions and/or transferring proceeds earned from the TOADLICK Music Festival 2014 out of state, and also placing a hold on the business account to which all funds are deposited.
The complaint states if the funds are not frozen then WALKER360 may not obtain the financial relief sought in their complaint.
The complaint is for unpaid advertising costs on or about November 2012.
Walker360 is represented by Attorney Wiliam B. Matthews and William B. Sellers of Bach & Bingham.
The restraining order is now in the hands of the Circuit Court.
