Court Ruling From Macon County On Alabama Attorney General Motion To Recuse From Case

MACON COUNTY AL:   There was a court hearing in Macon County Circuit Court this morning. The hearing concerned the double talk of Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange where in one part of state he wants a certain Judge on a case and in other parts of the state Strange wants a Judge off a case. Some in the profession call it "cherry picking" your Judge.

There was a hearing held in Macon County. As you might recall members of the "honest" Alabama Supreme Court led by Roy Moore, issued a 46 page ruling after Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange filed a motion under seal. The motion was ordering to Macon County Judge to determine there was probable to issue a search warrant for Victoryland.

The "honest" members? of the Alabaam Supreme Court ordered the Judge to sign the search warrant. They did so without  hearing of the facts from all parties, but in a secret filing by Strange.
