Dale County Commission Holds ATRIP Meeting In Daleville

DALE COUNTY: The Dale County Commission held a public hearing at the Daleville City Hall about the ATRIP Money.
ATRIP is what county commissioners across the state have asked the Alabama Legislature for a three cents per gallon tax for local roads.
The final legislation has not been drafted at this time. The Dale County Commission is in the community talking with area leaders.
In Dale County there are 12 municipalities. If this tax passes Dale County could expect about $ 14 million dollars per year.
