On 11/27/2015 Ozark-Dale County E911 received a call of a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at Pecan Place Apartments located on CR-25 in Grimes.  Dale County Deputies along with Midland City Police responded to the scene. Echo Rescue transported the victim to a local hospital where he is being treated for non-life threatening  injuries. Dale County Sheriff’s Investigators are currently seeking the public’s help in locating Billy Ray Scott II from Pinckard. Scott is occupying a 2012 maroon Nissan Altima and is possibly in the Dothan or Pinckard area. Investigators are seeking warrants for Attempted Murder and shooting into an unoccupied vehicle.  Scott is to be considered armed and dangerous if you know the whereabouts of Scott please contact the Sheriff’s Office @ 334-774-2335 or  your local law enforcement agency.
