David M. Chase  Announces candidacy for Cowarts Town Council


Dear citizens of Cowarts, Alabama,


Friends and neighbors, I’m David M. Chase and I announce my candidacy for Cowarts Town Council Seat 2. With the changes and uncertainty in our country, I believe its time for the town of Cowarts to move forward. The town has challenges and opportunities ahead, and I want to be a part of the change.


My wife and I  have lived in Cowarts for 8 years and have come to truly love and cherish this small town. I have worked with the town as a volunteer for more than 5 years and believe I can make a difference .    


I have served my country for 30 years,  and have learned how to get things done. I want to use the experiences to help Cowarts grow and be ready.


It will be a great privilege to serve my community on City Council. I will do so by listening openly to the concerns of all our community members with the goal of building a better Cowarts, one that thrives economically and maintains that “small town” feel in our neighborhoods.


I look forward to representing everyone in Cowarts.
