DeFuniak Springs Man Arrested on Molestation Charges

Sheriff Michael A. Adkinson Jr. announces the arrest of Caleb Oxford Peters, 20, of DeFuniak Springs, FL.  Peters was arrested in the early morning hours of October 2, 2012 after deputies responded to a call in which the complaint stated that Peters had sexual relations with her 13 year old child. 

Investigators located Peters at his residence and he was charged with Lewd and Lascivious Battery, a second degree battery.  Peters was transported and booked into the Walton County Department of Corrections
