Deputy Found NOT Guilty of Domestic Violence

DOTHAN: A Houston County Deputy charged with Domestic Violence got his day in court. Leck Killingsworth was arrested and charged with domestic violence after getting into a confontation with a step-son.  The deputy was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of his court hearing.  The deputy and his attorney John White went in-front of Dothan Municipal Court Judge Rose Gordon. After the trail was over the judge rendered the verdict of not guilty. Deputy Killingsworth was cleared of any wrong doing and will be able to return to work soon.
