COWARTS:   Houston County 911 has dispatched Fire - Law Enforcement - and Pilcher's to Glenn Lawrence and Highway 84 East to a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

Houston County 911 has dispatched Dothan Fire Engine 4, ( Southside ) to the accident location where there is reported to be entrapment and one patient trapped.

Multiple emergency units rolling to the scene. Alabama State Troopers also responding to investigate the accident.

Houston County Sheriff Deputy Allen Hendrickson has requested a wrecker to respond to this accident scene ASAP as requested by EMS.

Houston County Sheriff Deputies report Cowarts Volunteer Fire, Dothan Fire Engine 4, Dothan Fire Ladder Truck 1 are all on the scene.

Dothan Fire Paramedic Stacey McCardle just informed Dothan 911 they have loaded one patient and running emergency to SAMC. Parmedic McCardle requested to make sure that an additional Pilcher's Ambulance is rolling to the scene.

Dothan Fire Engine has also reported one patient still trapped and they are working for extrication.

Dothan Fire Captain Juneau reports to Dothan 911 to notify SAMC of a trauma alert patient that was trapped. Captain Juneau reports the trapped patient has been extricated and the ambulance will be rolling within 1 minute with an estimated time of arrival of 3 to 4 minutes.  The patient is reported to have a decreased level of consciousness.

Alabama State Trooper Jason McAllister has arrived on the scene of the accident for investigation.
