DEVELOPING: Dothan Night Shift Patrol Apprehends Car Thugs

DOTHAN:    Dothan Crime Scene Investigator Jon Thomas has been in stealth mode lately working crime scenes. And in the early morning hours Thomas is working multiple scenes.

Thomas work is a result of citizen and alert Dothan Police.

Car Thugs hit multiple locations in the night and early morning hours. Dothan Police are on north Pontiac Avenue, North Roberta Avenue and Myra Street processing evidence where car thugs hit several vehicles during the night.

On Myra Street there is a rifle in the road where Dothan police Officers are standing guard on waiting in Thomas to,process the evidence.

The good thing, Dothan Police apprehended several suspects.

Dothan Police Criminal Investigators, who also have been in stealth mode, are at police headquarters interviewing the suspects while other criminal Investigators are interviewing witnesses.

Dothan Police, under the command of a Chief Benton, Major Parrish, Captain Jay ( Patrol ), Captain Robinson ( Investigations ), Captain Ott ( Administrative ), and Patrol Command and Criminal Investigation Command, Lt. Benny and Sgt. Glover, have been doing outstanding jobs in searching and apprehending suspects on the crimes. They have been putting in a lot of man hours as of the last few days.

It will not be profiling, it will be heat. You will probably see officers as they have to turn up the heat to get the thugs to understand, NO....NO...NO

So to all who will cry, sorry. Thugs not tolerated in Dothan.
