HOUSTON COUNTY: Houston County Sheriff Deputies are on a traffic stop on Highway 231 South and Eddins Road of a vehicle with Kentucky license plates. The vehicle has four occupants.
The initial traffic stop by Sheriff Deputy McKinney reports to have four persons detained. Deputy McKinney called for a backup deputy. Sheriff Lt. Ivey responded.
Deputies are currently on the scene investigating at this time.

The young men were from Kentucky. The Sheriff Deputies found drugs. The subjects were arrested and placed in the Houston County Jail.
Also assisting Houston County Sheriff Deputies was an Alabama State Trooper.
