DEVELOPING NEWS: Opening Statements Look Like They Begin In The Morning

MONTGOMERY:   It looks like all parties are about to have a jury in the box and opening statements in the Washington D.C. Public Integrity Unit 2012 Bingo trial will begin their persecution of the 6 Alabama residents Thursday morning at 9 AM.


The persecution unit and defense attorneys have been working to select a jury. Federal Judge Myron Thompson, who was appointed under the Jimmy Carter Presidential Administration, will preside over the trial.


At this time we do not know how much time Judge Thompson will give the persecutors and each defendant for the opening testimony. Following the opening testimony, the testimony will begin.


The trial is expected to take about two months.
