Dexter Gilley Arrested Again On Stolen Equipment Charges

On August 27, 2014, the Enterprise Police Department received information from the Dale County Sheriff’s Office that a stolen tractor was located in the 600 Blk of Chickasaw Drive Enterprise, AL. EPD Detectives responded to this location and recovered a 2014 Kubota tractor valued at $8000.00. The Kubota tractor was stolen from Dougherty County, GA on August 11, 2014.
On September 3, 2014, EPD Detectives obtained and executed a warrant of arrest on Dexter Ryan Gilley, age 25, of Enterprise, AL, for Receiving Stolen Property 1st. Dexter Gilley turned himself in to EPD Detectives prior to the arrest. Gilley was transported to the Coffee County Jail.
Gilley was arrested last week in Dale County on two similar charges.
