Dispatched As A Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle

DOTHAN: Dothan 911 dispatched a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle in the 600 block of East Selma Street.
When emergency units arrived they found a white male with a bicycle in the roadway.
There were no signs of injuries to the rider. The male was screaming " help me". But he appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
Dothan Fire Engine 1 and Pilcher’s Ambulance transported to a Dothan hospital.
again, this does not appear to be someone struck by a vehicle. It seems to be a person under influence of drugs.
Police had to get in back of ambulance to control the person.
