DOTHAN:   At 8:06 PM Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police, Dothan Fire and Ambulance to a serious/critical motor vehicle accident at 198 Ross Clark Circle near Range Street intersection.

Multiple Dothan Police and Dothan Fire units responded because it was a semi face down in the ditch.

A semi southbound on Ross Clark Circle from Reeves Street ran off the road and into the ditch next tot he gas station on the inside of the circle. The driver of the semi was wearing his seat belt.

The driver of the semi was transported by local ambulance to SAMC, non emrgency, for non life threatening injuries.

Because the semi was on the ditch whch contained water and because of gas and fluids leaking from the semi into the ditch, Dothan Haz Mat Unit was called to the scene. Dothan - Houston County Emergency Management Director Clark Matthews was called to respond to the scene of the accident. Precautions were taken to stop any contamination.

Dothan Police investigated the accident.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is 10:43 PM. I left my office when the call was dispatched and covered the scene. I waited until I got home to post this article. My hot spot, which is from Verizon, never would hit the tower. So this article is posted by a wireless keyboard to my IPHONE 5. I might not be able to post the scene pictures until in the morning,

Comcast has cable hundreds of yards from my driveway and willl not run internet to my house, which is lss than 5 miiles south of the Ross Clark Circle off Hodgesville Road. Verizon at one time had the man running around saying "can you hear me now". If you will notice they no longer have that man running around sayig that. There is good reason because half of the time their service is awful. I have very difficult times hitting their boradband from inside my house. Sometimes I have to go half way dow my driveway in order to get internet from Verizon. And COMCAST is to lazy and expensive to run in ternet to my road.

One more excuse...I had a wreck the other day and messed up my Ford Explorer, 2006 model, where all of my equipment was in. And the Ford dealer or any other dealer will not furnish me a vehicle in trade for advertisement. So my vehicle is not equipped so I can post easiy from vehicle. Therefore I waited until I got home to post the article and just wanted to let you know the modern obstacles I have encountered.

Maybe my wrecked 2006 Ford Explorer with 136,000 miles will get repaired soon and I will have the equipment. Maybe one day COMCAST will run internet on my road, and HOPEFULLY, with the money I spend with Verizon Wireless, about $ 2,000.00 a month, they will get the man back that says and really means "can you hear me now". Until then, the pictures will be posted when I get to my office.

Not fussing, just stating plain facts!!!
