Dothan Arrest two for Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Dwelling

On July 6, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to the parking lot of 210 Crossing Lane after receiving reports of shots fired. Patrolman investigated the report and spoke to witnesses who identified brothers D’Andreas Rolley, Toddrick Rolley and a third suspect as the suspects in the incident which left a bullet hole through the wall of one occupied apartment. Police say two suspects were taken into custody and a third person is wanted. At this time investigators have not released the identity of the third suspect but say they have signed a warrant and believe an arrest is forthcoming.
· D’Andreas Rolley, black male, 21years of age, of Crossing Lane was arrested and charged with Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Dwelling with a $30,000 bond.
· Toddrick Rolley, black male, 20years of age, of Crossing Lane was arrested and charged with Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Dwelling with a $30,000 bond.
