DOTHAN:   Following the regular meeting of the Dothan Commission they begin an Administrative Meeting. The following is the agenda for the Administrative Meeting.

This meeting is where commissioners discuss items of interest and make a decision to place the item on the regular commission agenda.

At the administrative meeting the commissioners can not take a official vote. If the commissioners agree at the Administrative Meeting to place this item on the commission agenda, the following regular commission meeting is when they would take official action and vote yes or no on the issue at hand.

1.APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 5, 2013 MEETING.

2.REQUEST FROM THE TOWN OF GRIMES REGARDING POLICE VEHICLE. This is a request from the Mayor of Grimes regarding assistance in getting an old police vehicle.

3.OFF-PREMISES SUNDAY SALES OF ALCOHOL. The proposed Ordinance would authorize the City of Dothan to hold a referendum to determine if alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption may be sold on Sundays between the hours of 1 p.m. and midnight.

4.PRIVILEGES OF THE FLOOR.
