No.__________Accepting a grant award in the amount of $202,500.00 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Program, Bureau of Justice Assistance under the Fiscal Year 2016 Body-Worn Camera Policy and Implementation Program to purchase 135 body-worn camera units, and appropriating funds for said grant award.

Res. No.__________Entering into an agreement with Enterprise State Community College through its Southeast Alabama Highway Safety Office for participation in the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Grant Program.

Res. No.__________Entering into an agreement with the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Program for reimbursement of overtime expenditures related to the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force in the amount of $25,000.00, and appropriating funds for said project.

Res. No.__________Entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) for reimbursement of registration fees in the amount of $6,500.00 for student officers successfully graduating from the Alabama Criminal Justice Training Center (ACJTC) in Selma, Alabama.

No.__________Amending the agreement with York Risk Services Group, Inc., to continue to provide claims administration services for the self-insured workers’ compensation program, at a cost of $42,000.00 for a period of one (1) year to commence on October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017.

Res. No.__________Entering into a contract with Galls, LLC, for assignment of contracts awarded to Azar’s Uniforms, Inc., Bid No.15-063, Police Department Uniforms, and Bid No.16-003, Police Body Armor.

Res. No.__________Entering into an agreement with the Southern Alabama Regional Council on Aging (SARCOA) to receive funding from the Houston County Tobacco Tax Fund for senior citizen programs.
