Dothan Man Arrest for Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle

On July 14, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a breaking and entering of a vehicle. Upon arrival, police learned the victim’s purse and several credit cards were stolen during the incident. On July 16, 2012 police were investigating an unrelated case when they discovered the man they were speaking with was in possession of the stolen credit cards. Investigators responded to the scene and arrested the suspect, Cordaryl Berry. Police say the case will remain open and further charges may be pending.
· Cordaryl Berry, black male, 24 years of age, of Pearl Street was arrested and charged with Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and Illegal Possession or Fraudulent Use of a Credit or Debit Card with a $2,500 bond.
