Dothan Man Arrested on Multiple Sex Charges

On March 11, 2013 the Dothan Police Department Juvenile Investigative Division made a felony arrest following an ongoing investigation.

 

Due to the sensitive nature of the case limited details are being released however police say Henderson Todd Miller was arrested and charged with multiple sexual assault charges against a juvenile.             

 

• Henderson Todd Miller, black male, 42 years of age, of Moorehouse Road was arrested and charges with two counts of first degree Sexual Torture and three counts of second degree Sodomy for a bond total of 1.9 million dollars. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
