Dothan Man Charged with Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle

On November 8, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest after responding to a theft in progress complaint in the 600 block of Dusy Street.


 


Investigators say Blake Dooling was arrested after a witness observed him unlawfully enter a parked passenger car without the permission of its owner. While inside the vehicle, Dooling removed assorted property before being chased from the car and captured by the witness a short distance away.


 


Dooling has been charged with Unlawfully Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle. His arrest now brings this case to a close.


 



  • Blake Levoy Dooling, white male, 21 years of age, of South Saint Andrews Street was arrested and charged with Unlawfully Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle. A bond amount has been set at $15,000.00.


 


All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
