On 10/15/2016 Investigators arrested and charged 29 year old Jerrell Mantrel Potter, of Florence Street, with Discharding a Firearm into an Occupied Dwelling. Bond has been set at $15,000.


All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
