Dothan Man Charged with Domestic Violence by Strangulation

On December 28, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a report of a domestically related assault. Due to the sensitive nature of the case limited details are being released, however investigators were called to the scene after patrolman learned the victim had been choked during the altercation. After collecting evidence of this allegation, police charged Davon Davis with domestic violence by strangulation.

 

 

·        Davon Davis, black male, 33 years of age, of Brown Street was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence by Strangulation with a $30,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
