On 09/25/2016 Investigators arrested and charged 33 year old Marcellous Nathaniel Stewart, of Blackshear Street, with eight counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd degree. Bond has been set at $10,000 on each charge.

All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
