Dothan Man Charged with First Degree Criminal Mischief

On January 15, 2013 the Dothan Police Department received a call from a concerned citizen who advised she could see someone tampering with an air-conditioning unit at Dothan business. Police responded and caught Joseph Joyce cutting copper wiring from the unit. Joyce was arrested bringing the case to a close.


 


 


·        Joseph Joyce, black male, 26 years of age, of Parker Street was arrested and charged with First Degree Criminal Mischief with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
