Dothan Man Charged with First Degree Criminal Mischief

On February 2, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to a residence located in the 1200 block of Hamilton Street after receiving a call of a man driving a vehicle into the residence. Upon arrival, police learned the suspect, Darius Logan, had been at the residence and became angry after being asked to leave. Logan then used his vehicle, a 2003 Ford Escape, to ram the residence causing extensive damage.  Logan was arrested bringing the case to a close.

 

 

·        Darius Logan, black male, 25 years of age, of Rebecca Avenue was arrested and charged with First Degree Criminal Mischief with a $15,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
