Dothan Man Charged with First Degree Theft of Property

On April 22nd, 2015 the Dothan Police Department responded to the 100 block of South Cherokee Avenue on a theft of property complaint.
Upon arrival, officers were advised that the property taken was a 1971 Ford International pick-up truck and began gathering information when the victim observed the vehicle passing by them. The officers were able to stop the vehicle a short distance away and took the driver, Blake Dooling, into custody.
Dooling was arrested and charged with first degree theft of property.
- Blake Levoy Dooling, white male, 21 years of age, of North Oates Street was arrested and charged with first degree Theft of Property. A bond amount has been set at $30,000.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
