Dothan Man Charged with Possession of Burglar’s Tools

On January 22, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest for possession of burglar’s tools. While on routine patrol, an alert officer noticed a suspicious person in the 200 block of South Lena Street and further investigated the man. Officers discovered he was in possession of a screwdriver and wire cutters. A witness came forward and told police prior to being detained; the suspect was walking in and out of yards and appeared to be looking into cars on Lafayette Street. The suspect was arrested and charged bringing the investigation to a close.

 

 

·        Robert Creed, black male, 40 years of age, of Duke Street was arrested and charged with Possession of Burglar’s Tools with bond being established later today.
