Dothan Man Charged with Second Degree Theft of Property

On September 28, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent investigation of theft. Police say Donald Floyd conducted a transaction in which he received cash from the victim for the sale of an item in August. Floyd kept the cash for personal gain leaving the victim, who never received the property, with a significant loss. Investigators say the case will now be closed following the arrest.

 

 

·        Donald Floyd, white male, 53 years of age, of Flynn Road was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $10,000 bond.
